Dear Mr. Scoten:
I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grades in PSYC 100 (FW 2015/16), MICR 270 and CHEM 222 (W 2016). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.
Given the amount of time that has passed since you have taken these courses, you may find it increasingly more difficult to write these exams and do well in them. If you decide that you would prefer to drop these courses past the academic deadline instead, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca by the end of the winter term to confirm your decision and we will make the appropriate changes to your transcript. Note: the last possible date to take the PSYC 100 exam is April 30, 2017.
You are permitted up to the final day of the Winter term exam period to complete these courses and it is your responsibility to contact your instructors in a timely fashion to make the appropriate arrangements.
Yours sincerely,
Sue Blake
