I have reviewed your appeal to change the grade you received in GNDS 215 (F 2016) and ENGL 200 (F/W 2016/2017) to Aegrotat standing and drop ENGL 244 (W 2017), ENGL 257 (W 2017) and ENGL 271 (W 2017). After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructor of GNDS 215 has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript as B along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€. The instructor of ENGL 200 has submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript also as B along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
