Dear Mr. Mackoff:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ANAT 215, BIOL 201, BIOL 205 (F 2011), BIOL 202, BIOL 206, CHEM 112B (W 2012), ANAT 215 (F 2012), BIOL 202 (W 2013), BIOL 202, BIOL 206 and PSYC 100B (W 2014) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

As a result of this decision your academic record was reassessed and the following adjustments have been made to your transcript:

The Academic Probation ruling of May 23, 2012 has been removed.
The Continuing on Academic Probation ruling of May 15, 2013 has been removed.
The Required to Withdraw for One Year ruling of May 22, 2014 has been removed.

You currently remain in good academic standing.

I would like to note that the dropping of such a large number of courses so long after the fact is an extraordinary action. The difficulties you have faced are well documented and it is my hope that these challenges are now being managed in such a way that extraordinary measures will not again be needed. I urge you to continue to work with personal and academic counsellors and to seek advice at the first sign of academic difficulty. Appointments with an Academic Counsellor can be made by calling the Faculty Office at 613-533-2470.
