I have reviewed your request to complete the fall term of your third year of your BA (Honours) degree with a Major concentration in Drama at the London Academy of Dramatic Arts. As you know, Regulation 14.4 indicates that €œnormally the last two years of the Honours degree are taken in the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen€™s.€ However, given the circumstances explained in your letter of appeal, and the support of the Dan School of Drama and Music, I agree to this request. Please consult with your department regularly to ensure that the courses you select at the London Academy of Dramatic Arts will properly fulfill the Queen€™s requirements for your degree.

Please be advised that you must complete an International Letter of Permission, available from the International Programs Office. Your International LOP should be submitted to Ms. Mary Marshall for approval. Please allow up to 21 days to receive a response.

Note that official transcripts with final grades must be received by the Faculty of Arts and Science Office by 15 May to be considered for graduation at Spring Convocation, or by 15 October for Fall Convocation. Finally, please keep in mind that you must achieve a minimum grade of C on each course taken on a Letter of Permission, unless stated otherwise.
