Dear Ms. Teng:
I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in PHIL 259, CISC 422, CISC 320 and CISC 457 (Fall 2016) to Credit standing. After careful consideration, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.
I have granted this appeal based on your recent medical documentation from Dr. Amin and the improved grades in the Winter term 2017. However, you continue to ignore your physician€™s recommendation to reduce your course load and so it is unlikely that any further appeals of this nature will be granted. Note that 9.0 units taken in the summer term is considered to be a full time load due to the condensed nature of the Summer term; you are enrolled in 15.0 units, which is not advisable given your recent academic difficulties. The last day to drop a May-June course is May 26 and the last day to drop a May-July course is June 23.
Sincerely,
Sue Blake
