I have received the result of your appeal to have your placement report in HLTH 415 (Fall/Winter 2016/17) re-evaluated.

I am writing to inform you that the re-read was sent to two different markers (your instructor was not included as a marker, as requested) and your name and student number were removed from all material to prevent any potential bias. The results were reviewed by the Department Head and the grade on your placement report was reassessed as D. Although the grade came back lower than the original grade, your HLTH 415 final grade will remain on your transcript as C+.
