I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day or one term deadline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline and to drop CHEM 112, PHYS 106 (F/W 2015-16); ECON 111, MATH 280 (F 2016); MATH 281, STAT 269 (W 2017) past the academic deadline and receive Credit standing in MATH 231, STAT 268 (F 2016); MATH 210 (W 2017). After reviewing your file, I have decided the following:
I will grant all of your requests with the exception of MATH 210. Upon confirming the information with the instructor, we discovered that there was a calculation error and your grade should be an F. Therefore, I cannot allow you to receive a CR grade as you did not pass the course but I will allow you to drop this course past the academic deadline instead.
