Dear Mr. Musse:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ARTH 120, HIST 121, PHIL 111 (FW 2015/16), SOCY 275, CLST 102 (F 2015), SOCY 273 and SOCY 276 (W 2016) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

Given your circumstances and documentation supplied with your appeal, I would also be willing to allow you to drop your Winter 2015 courses (BIOL 110, GEOL 104, POLS 242, POLS 244 and SOCY 227) past the academic deadline as well. If you would like to accept this offer, please email asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this decision and will make the appropriate changes to your transcript.

If you did not participate in these courses due to your extenuating circumstances, you may wish to appeal for a tuition fee amendment through the Office of the University Registrar.
