I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the one term deadline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your planned appeal.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Hadrianna, please be advised that you will need to supply documentation with your main appeal that confirms the timeline, severity and impact that your extenuating circumstances had on the 8 classes you plan to appeal. Your current documentation indicates the severity of your condition for the 2017 Winter term only. Also, you will want to explain why only some classes were affected and not others. There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your one term deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
