Dear Mr. Yin:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop BCHM 316 (W 2017) and receive an extension of your incomplete grade in PHGY 210 (W 2017). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to the final day of the Winter term 2018 exam period to complete the course requirements and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Ward to make the appropriate arrangements.
