I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the one-term timeline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your plans to submit an appeal for courses from the Winter 2016 term.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. This appeal letter should explain why these particular courses were affected by your circumstances more than the other courses from that term, and include any additional supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal (if you have anything more you would like to submit). There is no fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your one-term deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
