You may now proceed with your planned appeal to request a late drop of CHEM 282 (W 2017) and Credit standing in BIOL 243 and CHEM 281 (F 2016).
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal. There is no fee this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your one-term deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
