I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the one term deadline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your planned appeal.

Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal. Please note that the documentation for your new appeal will need to include the timeline, severity and impact that your extenuating circumstances had on your studies during the Fall/Winter 2014-15 timeframe. There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your one term deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
