I have carefully considered your appeal to drop DEVS 100, ENGL 100 (F/W 2015-16) and DRAM 205 (W 2016) past the academic deadline and receive Credit standing in GPHY 101, MUSC 171 (F 2014), ENGL 160 (F/W 2014-2015) and GPHY 103 (W 2015). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request. Your grades in GPHY 101, MUSC 171, ENGL 160B and GPHY 103 will appear on your transcript as CR.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances but need to warn you that the appeals process is not meant to be used to manage a chronic condition. Instead, you should register with QSAS (if you have not done so already) and work with an accommodation advisor to manage your academics. This could include taking a lighter course load and would include evaluating the impact of your health on your studies prior to week 8 of term. Appeals to drop courses after week 8 are typically only granted when new more acute problems have arisen after the drop deadline.
