I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grades in ANAT 100, ANAT 315 and CHEM 312 (F 2017). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You are permitted up to September 15, 2018 at the latest to complete the course requirements for these courses and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Mackenzie, Professor Easteal and Professor Macartney to make the appropriate arrangements.

I would like to remind you that you should contact your instructors in MATH 112 and PHYS 117 to make arrangements to complete the requirements in those courses as well. You were not required to include those with your appeal because you were not appealing to €œextend€ the Incomplete grades in those courses but if you wish to complete them, you must contact your instructors and ensure the components of those courses are completed by September 15, 2018 as well.
