I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in KNPE 227 and KNPE 255 (W 2018) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

I am pleased to see the steps you have taken to address your challenges and encourage you to continue to engage in your therapy. I am confident that in the future you will make every effort to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the Important Dates section on the Arts and Science web page. Please ensure you assess your progress in your courses or discuss your options with an Academic Advisor during week 7 or 8 of the term. If you find that you have fallen behind in your attendance, readings or assignments, it is your responsibility to drop by the end of week 8. Appeals for late drops are typically only granted when a problem occurs, or becomes acute, after the drop deadline as the appeal process is not meant to manage an ongoing disability.
