I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PHYS 316 (F 2017), PHYS 315, PHYS 372 (W 2018) and MATH 111 (FW 2017-18) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.

I would strongly recommend that you adhere to your academic plan and attend your Cognitive Behavior Therapy during the Fall term and carry a lighter course load during Winter term. I also recommend that you register with Queen's Student Accessibility Services (QSAS) upon your return to your studies as they may be able to assist you with accommodations that will aid you in your studies.
