Dear Benjamin:

Your appeal requesting to drop POLS 336, POLS 351 and POLS 385 (Fall 2014) past the academic deadline has been granted on behalf of the Associate Dean (Studies). Please check SOLUS in a week€™s time to ensure this change has been made ok.

I will also like to note that you are currently enrolled in five courses for the winter term. We would suggest that you reduce your load, as you indicate in your appeal letter. The last day to drop winter term courses for a full tuition refund is Friday, January 16. The final drop deadline is Friday, February 27.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
