I have carefully considered your appeal to receive Aegrotat standing in GPHY 307 (F 2016) and GPHY 304, GPHY 351 (W 2018). After reviewing your file I have decided the following:

1. To grant your request for Aegrotat standing in GPHY 351 based on the support of your instructor. Your grade in this course will appear as A+ on your transcript.

2. To deny your request to receive Aegrotat standing in GPHY 307 and GPHY 304. Your instructor has advised me that you were given academic consideration throughout the term in both courses including extensions, open deadlines and excused absences. Also, you made no request to your instructor to extend the deadlines beyond the end of term in these courses.
