I have carefully considered your appeal to drop CHEM 281 (F 2017) and PHGY 210 (FW 17-18) past the academic deadline as well as receive Credit standing in BIOL 201, BIOL 205, BIOL 243 (F 2017) and BIOL 202, BIOL 206 (W 2018). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request. Your grades in BIOL 201, BIOL 205, BIOL 243, BIOL 202 and BIOL 206 will appear on your transcript as CR.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances but I need to warn you that the appeals process is not meant to be used to manage ongoing problems. The appeals process is designed for students who encounter problems, or whose problems become acute, after the drop deadline. Going forward you should monitor your engagement in your courses and drop them by the end of Week 8 of term if your health or personal issues are affecting your studies.
