I was sad to have read in your letter of appeal that your grandfather passed away and I am very sorry for your loss. No doubt that has been difficult for you and your family and I will grant your appeal to drop KNPE 251 (F 2018) past the academic deadline based on that circumstance.

I encourage you to reach out to our Student Wellness Services office Madison if you need to discuss this difficult loss with someone who can offer you the support you may require. Their offices are located in Mitchell Hall.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
