I was sorry to have read in your letter of appeal of the difficult circumstance you experienced in May. No doubt that has been difficult for you to deal with and I will grant your appeal to drop SPAN 111 and ENGL 100 (S 2019) past the academic deadline based on that circumstance. Please note that there will be notations of DR on your transcript which denotes these late drops.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
