I was sorry to read in your appeal letter of your recent health diagnosis. No doubt you struggled in your courses due to this very difficult circumstance. After careful consideration of your letter of appeal seeking Aegrotat standing in LAW 204 and LAW 205 (S 2019) and the documentation you submitted as well as the information supplied by the instructor about your performance in these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructors have submitted a replacement grade based on the work you have completed as follows:

LAW 204 (S 2019) will appear on your transcript with a grade of B- along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.

LAW 205 (S 2019) will appear on your transcript with a grade of A along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.
