This is a lenient decision as it is the student€™s responsibility to pause and assess their performance in courses during week 7 of the term and drop courses by week 8 if they are falling behind or not succeeding as they had hoped. I did however note that you were not registered with QSAS at that time and am pleased to see that you are now receiving appropriate accommodations. This is clearly demonstrated by the grade you received in this course during the Summer term.
