I was sorry to read of the health related challenges you experienced during this recent Fall term 2019. After carefully considering your appeal to drop GPHY 101, HLTH 200 and SOCY 226 (F 2019) past the academic deadline, I have decided to grant your request based on the circumstances outlined as well as your documentation.

I have granted this appeal based on the severity of your extenuating circumstances and hope that you will be able to resume successful studies after you transfer to York University. If your challenges persist, I encourage you to seek out the supports that are available at York so you can receive the help you require to manage both your health and academics.
