I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grade in BCHM 310 (FW 2018/19). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request to extend the Incomplete grade and allow you to write the outstanding exam. I will not however support the submission of the outstanding assignment which is worth 6 of the final mark since the circumstance outlined does not support the timeline of that assignment due date.

You are permitted up to April 30, 2020 at the latest to write this exam and it is your responsibility to contact Professor Jones to make the appropriate arrangements.
