I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in PSYC 202 and PSYC 205 (Fall 2014) to Credit standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal. Your grades in these courses will appear on your transcript as CR.

I would like to note that while I am granting your appeal I do remain concerned that you have not sought any help through Health, Counselling and Disability Services here on campus. I would strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible, should you continue to experience any further personal difficulties. No further appeals of this nature will be successful without the presence of supporting documentation from a healthcare professional.
