I was sorry to read of the challenges you outlined in your letter of appeal and I have carefully considered your request to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. Based on the circumstances outlined and the documentation provided, I will grant your appeal to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. I will also grant your request for late drops of PHGY 350 (F 2016) and LISC 426, MATH 339 (W 2017).

This decision was not made lightly James since our Appeal Regulation 3.2.1 clearly states that students who have graduated are not eligible to submit an appeal of any kind after 21 days of their graduation. However, I closely reviewed your documentation and circumstances and can see that your medical challenges were undiagnosed until after your graduation in June 2019.
