Dear Andrea Lebovic:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop PSYC 100 (FW 2009/2010), GPHY 101 (W 2011), CHEM 112, PSYC 100 (FW 2010/2011) past the academic deadline and for Credit Standing in HLTH 102 (W 2010), SOCY 122 (FW 2009/2010), and HEBR 294 (F 2010). After reviewing the information that you provided in your appeal letter and the documentation that you submitted, I have decided to grant your request.

Your evaluative grades in PSYC 100 (both attempts), GPHY 101, and CHEM 112 will be replaced on your transcript with a DR notation.

Your grades in HLTH 102, SOCY 122 and HEBR 294 will be replaced on your transcript with a CR notation.

I commend you on the many accomplishments that you have achieved since you last attended Queen€™s in 2011 and am confident that going forward, with the supports that you have established, will make every effort to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in Important Dates Section on the Arts and Science web page. These deadlines have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students and to facilitate the timely completion of university studies at Queen's.
