Tuition fees for this course will be charged to your student account once it has been added to your transcript.

Rachel, this is highly irregular and I strongly suggest that, going forward, you inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the Important Dates section on the Arts and Science web page and ensure you add courses by the last date to add deadline.
