I have carefully considered your request to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. Based on the circumstances outlined in your letter of appeal as well as the follow up information you provided, I will grant your appeal to waive the 21 day appeal deadline. You may now submit your appeal to drop MICR 360 (F 2019) late outlining the timeline, severity and impact that your extenuating circumstances had on your studies and this course particularly during that time. I would strongly suggest you also include documentation to support the extenuating circumstances during that timeframe.

This decision was not made lightly Hanna since the regulation is clear that no appeals will be accepted after 21 days of graduation but I am sympathetic to your circumstances which prevented you from appealing within the required timeline.
