Dear Eva Widajewicz:

The University Senate Appeal Board (USAB) has given me the opportunity to review the additional documentation which you provided to that body with your USAB appeal. Based on the new documentation you supplied, I have decided to change my original decision and grant your request to drop ANAT 215, CHEM 281, PHGY 215 (F 2019)) past the academic deadline and receive Credit standing in LAW 204 (F 2019). Your grade in LAW 204 will appear as a CR on your transcript.

Note that any change in academic registration (e.g. dropping courses) may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding such as OSAP, scholarships, or bursaries. Please consult with the Student Awards Office (Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall) to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load. A change in academic registration may also affect a student€™s enrollment status as a full or part-time student, eligibility for student visas, or benefits through external agencies.

Best of luck in your degree progression.

Yours sincerely,

Jenn Stephenson, Ph.D.
Associate Dean (Academic)
