No doubt that was a difficult time in your life and I will grant your appeal to drop GNDS 212, POLS 211, POLS 280 (F 2015) past the academic deadline and receive Credit standing in POLS 261 (F 2015) based on those circumstances. Your grade in POLS 261 will appear on your transcript as CR.
