Dear Ms. Kaplya:
I have carefully considered your appeal to receive an extension of your incomplete grades in PSYC 100 (W 2014) and BIOL 103 (W 2014) as well as receive credit standing in CHEM 281 (F 2014) and drop ANAT 215 (F 2014) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.
You are permitted up to the final day of the Summer 2015 exam period to write your deferred exams and it is your responsibility to contact your instructors to make the appropriate arrangements. If you find that you are unable to write your exams by this deadline I would suggest that you appeal to drop them past the academic deadline. I would also suggest that for the upcoming year, you consider reducing your course load to 4 courses or less per term until your condition has stabilized.
Yours sincerely,
Johanne Bénard, Ph.D.
