Your instructor has indicated that the 2020/2021 final exam for this class is not set up for a remote offering through Examity and therefore can only be facilitated through an in-person exam at this time. You are permitted up to December 31, 2021 to complete this exam and it is your responsibility to contact your instructor to make the appropriate arrangements.
If you are not able to attend an in-person exam within the 2021 Fall term, I am willing to offer to drop BCHM 316 (W21) after the academic deadline. If you wish to accept this offer, please email the Appeals Office at asc.appeals@queensu.ca within 21 days of receiving this letter.
