Dear Tristan:

Your appeal requesting to drop CLST 102 (Fall 2014), CLST 103, HIST 122B and POLS 110B (W 2015) past the academic deadline has been granted on behalf of the Associate Dean (Studies). Please check SOLUS in a week€™s time to ensure this change has been made ok. We did not consider the A suffix courses as part of your appeal because you already dropped those courses (the NG shows on the fall term portion of full year courses but it means No Grade and it is treated the same way as a drop. The official transcript will contain a grade legend to explain these different notations. There is no academic penalty on any of these notations.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.

Regards,

Haley
