I have carefully considered your request to drop GPHY 228 (F 20) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

You mention in your appeal letter that this course was not included with your previous appeal 7815 and I want you to know that typically, students are not allowed to submit a subsequent appeal that revisits the same term. I have however decided to grant this appeal as I acknowledge that you did attempt to add this course to your previous appeal through the Academic Consideration team before a decision had been made on that request.

Your grade in GPHY 228 (F20) will be replaced with a DR notation.
