I have carefully considered your appeal to add FILM 110 (FW2021/2022) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have granted your request.

I acknowledge that you were removed from this course in November of 2021 for not meeting the mandatory vaccination requirements of Queen??s University. I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as the Faculty of Arts and Science had sent you multiple emails regarding this and you did not take the appropriate actions to rectify this situation at that time. Going forward, it is your responsibility to follow your class schedule in SOLUS to ensure that you are only participating in classes that you are enrolled in.

Tuition fees for this course will be charged to your student account once it has been added to your transcript and your instructor will be notified of this appeal decision so that they can submit your final grade.
