Dear Nicola Eriksen:
Your request to apply for more than 6.0 units on an International Letter of Permission during the 2022/2023 Academic Year has been approved on behalf of the Associate Dean (Academic).
As you know, Regulation 14.4 indicates that ??normally the last two years of the Honours degree are taken in the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen??s.? However, after reviewing your file and the support that you??ve received from both the Department of Drama and the Department of Psychology, we will allow you to take up to 18.0 units of courses during the 2022/2023 academic year at the University of British Columbia.
You may now apply for a Letter of Permission through SOLUS.
Note that official transcripts with final grades must be received by the Letter of Permission office upon completion of the courses. Please keep in mind that you must achieve a minimum grade of C on each course taken on a Letter of Permission, unless stated otherwise.
Finally, please be advised that you are allowed to transfer a maximum of 57.0 units of courses toward your Bachelor of Arts Honours degree (see Academic Regulation 16.1.3) and a maximum of 18.0 units towards each of your Medial plan subjects.
We wish you well in your studies.
