I have carefully considered your petition for Credit Standing in SOCY 122 (FW2019/2020), ASTR 101 (W21), MATH 121 and PHYS 104 (FW2020/2021). After reviewing your file and the information I received from your instructors, I have decided to grant your request.

Upon your return to studies, you should pause to evaluate the impact of your health on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term.
