I have carefully considered your petition to drop MATH 221 (F22) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I acknowledge that you had missed many components of this class as you had Academic Consideration from September 26 to October 17 and then again from October 24 to November 9 due to an ongoing health issue. I have granted this petition due to the timeline of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, it is your responsibility to evaluate your academic progress during Week 7 of each term and make sure to drop courses that you have fallen behind in, or in which you find the material too difficult, by the Week 8 drop deadline.
