I am sorry to have read in your petition letter the circumstances you have outlined. No doubt those challenges were difficult to manage and impacted your studies. I have carefully considered your request to drop MUSC 104 (F 2022) past the academic deadline and after reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.
I have granted this petition based on the circumstances you outlined as well as the documentation you submitted from your health care provider. I see that you have successfully dropped your full year courses and if you have not done so already, you may want to submit this Academic Change Form where you would indicate that you are withdrawing from Queen??s. Submitting that form may help you receive a refund on your Winter term student activity fees:

I understand that you have been advised by our office that you need to contact the Faculty of Education regarding your Education related courses and I encourage you to follow up with them if you have not done so already. You may also want to discuss with them the possibility of resuming your Education program in the future.
If you plan to resume your studies at Queen??s University for Fall term 2023, please submit this ??Return To Studies? form in May 2023 if possible, so we can re-activate your Arts and Science student status:

Should you return to Queen??s, I encourage you to continue to work with your health care team and to carefully evaluate your progress in each of your courses during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind or you are not performing in a course(s) to your satisfaction, you should drop courses by the week 8 drop deadline.
Another tool to manage your academics in addition to dropping a course by the drop deadline is our Academic Consideration protocol. A student can request consideration if they need more time to complete an assignment or had to miss a class due to documented extenuating circumstances. Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding.
