I have carefully considered your petition for Credit Standing in ECON 212 and ECON 351 (W22). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this petition due to the academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied. Your grades in these classes will be replaced with a CR notation on your transcript.

I am glad to see that you are connected with Student Wellness Services for personal support and I want to stress the importance of pausing to evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all students.
