I have reviewed your petition to drop PHYS 480 (F22) after the academic deadline and I have decided to grant your request.

I see that you have an Incomplete Grade (IN) in this course, and I recognize that you are not able to complete the outstanding components due to the severity of your extenuating circumstances as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied. Going forward, I suggest that you continue to work with your Queen??s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS) Advisor to help manage the impact of your health on your academics and that you pause to evaluate the impact of your health on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term. The drop deadlines, as they have been outlined in the ??Important Dates? section on the Arts and Science web page, have been established by the Faculty of Arts and Science to ensure a fair and equitable treatment of all students.
