I have reviewed your petition to drop ECON 222 and ECON 255 (F22) after the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

Your grades in these courses will be replaced with a ?DR?? notation on your transcript.

I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as the documentation that you supplied indicates that your extenuating circumstances began before the 2022 Fall term began. I have granted this request as I recognize that you attempted to reduce your Fall term course load by dropping other classes by the academic deadline and that you didn??t enroll in courses for the 2023 Winter term.

Upon your return to studies, it is your responsibility to pause and evaluate the impact of extenuating circumstances on your classes during week 7 of the term. If you have fallen behind in a course or find the material too difficult, you should drop the course by week 8 of term.
