I would like to note that I am granting this appeal based on your self-declaration of illness around the time of your exam. Any future appeals submitted to the Faculty Office for review must contain appropriate documentation from a healthcare professional that confirms the timeline and severity of the illness as well as the impact that it had on your ability to write exams.
