Dear Mr. Nanton:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop ECON 239 (F 2014), ECON 223, ECON 243 and MATH 126B (W 2015) past the academic deadline as well as receive Credit standing in ECON 241 (F 2014). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

As a result of this decision, your academic record has been reassessed and the Required to Withdraw for One Year ruling has been removed. Because there are now no grades from the past academic year on your transcript, you will continue on Academic Probation until the time of your next academic assessment (which will take place in May 2016, assuming that you attempt at least 18.0 units or more of courses next year).

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
