I have carefully considered your petition to drop PHGY 350 (W23) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I see that you enrolled in this course on July 21, 2022 and understand that you thought you had dropped it before the academic drop deadline. Looking at your SOLUS enrollment history, I can see that you dropped EPID 301 (W23) and enrolled in BCHM 370 (W23) on January 20 however, I do not see any attempts from you to drop PHGY 350 (W23) in SOLUS and this class appears to be listed within your 2023 Winter term schedule.

I have granted your petition as the instructor of PHGY 350 (W23) has confirmed that you did not participate in this course at all throughout the Winter term.

Going forward, you should make every effort to check your schedule in SOLUS as well as to inform yourself of the academic regulations concerning deadlines as they are outlined in the "Important Dates" section on the Arts and Science web website to ensure that courses that you do not intend to complete are dropped on SOLUS successfully before the posted drop deadline.
