I have carefully considered your petition to receive an Extension of an Incomplete grade in PSYC 203, PSYC 236 and PSYC 241 (W23). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I have granted this request due to the documentation that you supplied and the input that I received from your instructors. You are permitted until January 15, 2024 at the latest to complete the outstanding work in these courses and it is your responsibility to connect with Professors Wilson, Meyyappan and Hauser to make the appropriate arrangements.

Amy, as I acknowledge the severity and academic impacts of your extenuating circumstances during the 2023 Winter term as confirmed by the documentation that you supplied, I am also willing to allow you to drop ENGL 223 (W23) after the academic deadline so your grade will be replaced with a “DR” notation on your transcript.
