I recognize that you wanted to complete the outstanding work in this course through an Extension of an Incomplete Grade however this could not be facilitated by your instructor as the outstanding components could not be recreated at this time. I will grant this request for Aegrotat Standing in BIOL 111 (W23), but I want you to know that this was a lenient decision as the documentation that you supplied reports that your extenuating circumstances began before the Winter term began and that you were supported professionally before the academic drop deadline.
Going forward, you are responsible for managing the academic impacts of your condition proactively by utilizing the professional and academic supports available to you.
